3.1 Foul language is only permitted in the Free Speech Channel on Ventrilos. 3.2 If 2 members have a disagreement, they are to go to a private channel and discuss it we do not want to hear 2 people arguing over a situation in the same channel as other players who are trying to have fun playing.. If you would like a HQ representative there with you just ask. 3.3 All Ventrilo channels are to have the recording and wav file binds disabled. Scrim / match channels may have paging off. That is up to the Goa. 3.3.1 Chat Binds are allowed as long as they don’t have sexual, racist or degrading words in them and should not be used in scrimmages or matches. 3.4 When using the universal member name and password for Ventrilo you must put your =WFC= name in your comment so we know who you are. 3.5 Phonetics for Ventrilo user names should only be your =WFC= name, not long annoying remarks, nor symbols added to your name. Just make it simple and sweet so we know who you are and so it doesn't disrupt the members who are in the Ventrilo. Example “wfc lightning” 3.6 The Division HQ and Battalion Leaders on Ventrilo should not have paging off. Those members need to be able to be paged while in those channels. 3.7 All Division Ventrilos are to follow the same structure. If you have any questions on the structure of a Ventrilo then you ask a WFC HQ member before making any changes to a Ventrilo. 3.8 You are held totally responsible for any comments by your name while on vent. In other words, if you can’t speak it, you can’t type it. Comments and speech have the same punishment effect. 3.9 Allies On Ventrilo: it is approved for the contact or contacts of the guild/clan that we are officially allies with to be on our Ventrilo for communications / Teamwork Reasons. It is not for their whole Clan/Guild to be on, unless it is a special planned event
3.9 they are to use (=WFC= Ally) and then
put their name in comment. The Division HQ is to make sure the
password is changed after the planned event. The name can remain
in the User Editor. 3.9.2 If you have a legitimate ally in your division/game then their ventrilo name have to be in uniform with this "=WFC=AllyBlade[CO]”. No Admin rights allowed unless Dragon specifies for that individual ally. 3.10 There will be no disruptions while in clan meetings . If there is, an admin on that Ventrilo is to move the person causing disturbance to another channel ASAP! 3.11 ***Only WFC HQ are allowed to have Phantom enabled if =WFC=Pres.Dragon[HQ] approves for a certain situation for that feature on Ventrilos. =WFC=Pres. Dragon's channel is NEVER to be Phantomed by ANYONE at anytime. This will result in immediate dismissal from WFC. *** 3.12 A Division Ventrilo can only have 5 Battalions. This is for organizations purposes and security reasons. if =WFC=Pres.Dragon[HQ] Decides to Expand to a 6th battalion within a division then that 6th battalion will move to the second ventrilo for that division example " WFC MMORPG VENTRILO #1 / WFC MMORPG VENTRILO #2. Other then the vents being 2 separate vents everything else remains the same. All channels/Division HQ will be the same down to the battalion channels then they will be different names obviously for the different games.
3.13 If your Division Ventrilo goes down / stops working.
