6.1 If a member has been inactive for more then 4 weeks he / she will be removed from the Ventrilo servers unless that member has told Their Col/Ltc why they won’t be active.

6.2 If a Colonel is not active in 21 days, then he will be demoted to LtC and the member who was LtC will be promoted to Colonel.

6.2.1 If the previous Colonel is still inactive for the next 2 weeks then he will be demoted to a rank that the GOA feels fit.

6.3 If a member is going to be inactive due to vacation, illness, etc... he needs to tell his Col/Ltc so they are aware.
6.4 if a person has to be away for military duty he/she will not be kicked from clan for inactivity and will be allowed to rejoin when they are situated again.  If they are a battalion leader or above they may need to be replaced in ranking structure of =WFC= for clan operating purposes.
