2.1 You must be the age of 14 or older to join WFC unless you are a family member of a current WFC member. In this case the parents will talk to the Goa and they both can agree to a trial period. After the 2 week trial period it can be approved by =WFC=Pres. Dragon or =WFC HQ=

2.1.1 Anyone that wants to join WFC has to fill out the application on the main web site. This is for record keeping and pre scanning of possible members. The application will then be forwarded to the proper people for membership process. (The Sod receives these apps.)

2.1.2 To become a member of =WFC=, you must first be approved to join and set up on Ventrilo. Then you must wait 10 days or up to 3 weeks (depending on how long the GOA wants) to become an official member of =WFC= and wear our tags in game officially. (Added 3/2/08)

2.2 Do your best to attend clan meetings, every Friday @ 7 Pm E.S.T on your Division’s Ventrilo server. This will keep you up to date with news updates and or servers etc.

2.3 Respect ALL members at ALL times. Disrespect will get you demoted or terminated.

2.4 Racial and/or sexual comments directed at fellow =WFC= members is not allowed.

2.5 If an Ex WFC Member wants to return to =WFC=, =WFC= Headquarters has to approve it. If they are allowed back, they will not be allowed to be a Division HQ rank for a minimum of 1 year and has to come in as a new recruit rank.

2.6 You may participate in any or all divisions =WFC= has to offer. However if you hold the rank of Cpt or higher in one division then you can only be Sgt rank or lower in the other division / divisions.

2.6.1 If a member that holds the rank of captain or above and wants to play in another division, they should let the GOA know so they can keep track. If they want to leave that division for another game, they should give 2 weeks or more notice to the GOA.

2.6.2 If Dragon shuts down a game/division and there are current members in that division, another division can recruit those members and give them the rank of SFC or lower. They do not need to come in as a recruit since they are already a WFC member. (Added 4/4/08)

2.6.3 If you are in more then 1 division or play more then 1 game that WFC offers, you need to be try your best to be on the Ventrilo for the game you are currently playing (You may be on both) but most important to be on the vent for the game you are currently playing.

2.6.4 If you play more than 1 Game within a particular Division, you must choose your main game you want your ventrilo account to be created in, and that will be your main game you can work your way up in the chain of command.

2.7 ***Double clanning is not allowed, If you get caught double clanning you will be terminated from =WFC

2.8 The only members who can receive the (Ret) rank are WFC HQ members. To be eligible to receive this rank, you must have been a member of WFC for more then 4 years and been in WFC HQ for at least 3 years.

2.9 When a New Recruit gets accepted into WFC, he/she will wear the tags =WFr= on Ventrilos until he/she becomes an official member of =WFC=. (effective 4/6/08)

2.10 Only 2 special ribbon matches can be held per month per division for the purpose of earning a particular medal. (Example: Rifle Expert Award) The matches are to be challenging to win and must have at least 7 members involved in match.

2.11 Certain games/battalions in =WFC= You have to be 18 years of age to join this division (but we will take 17 year old if you are a clan member already and have parental consent.)

2.11.1 The age limit can be over ruled if the younger member’s parent or parents are in this division and approve.

2.12 In Game Names: There are some games where it is difficult for recruits to change their name. In these games it is ok not to have the WFC tag in front of your name. There are only a very few games that fall into this category. You must see =WFC=Pres. Dragon or Commanding =WFC=HQ for approval.

2.13 The only time you can change your WFC name is when you go from Rct. to Pvt. Once you are made a Pvt your name needs to remain the same due to accounts and rosters etc. (This can be overruled if a certain circumstance arises but a Commanding =WFC= HQ must approve it )
