1.1=WFC= is officially trademarked and cannot be used on any other web sites other then =WFC= owned sites without permission from =WFC=Pres. Dragon [HQ].

          1.2 Only President can appoint/remove the rank of GOA.

1.2.1 The VP can appoint a GOA if the President is offline for a period of time or it is an absolute emergency.

1.2.2 Any Commanding HQ can demote a GOA if it is called for if the Pres or VP are not on. (Edited 7/07/08)   

1.2.3 If a GOA steps down/leaves/ or gets demoted, and there is  an active =WFC= HQ member in that game then he/she will become #1 in charge of that division until a suitable Goa that meets all requirements noted on the duty page can be found.

1.2.4 Only The President of =WFC= can demote/kick a =WFC= HQ Member

1.3 HQ / GOA’s need to donate monthly towards =WFC=.

1.4 =WFC= is not a 1 man show. Decisions for Divisions will be made together by the GOA and Generals that may effect your division. The Goa has the final say to normal adjustments. =WFC= HQ needs to be involved in any Major decisions (major being a structure change)

1.5 Chain of command needs to be followed. http://www.warforceclan.com/ranks_duties.php. Your Col is your first major member in =WFC= to report to for any chain of command issue you may have. If you don't like the Col's ruling on the situation then you move to the Division HQ with the issue, If at that point you are not satisfied with the Division HQ's Ruling the you may move up to =WFC= HQ, then if you still do not like the ruling then you report to =WFC=Pres.Dragon[HQ] and he will have the final word of the situation after he reads and in detail goes through all evidence provided ( E-Mails, Vent Logs, Server Logs, Screen Shots, etc.. )

1.6 If any clan wants to ally with WFC they must fill out the “Ally Request Form " located on the Main Site. The Ambassador [HQ] of WFC receives this form and then will pursue this possible alliance.

1.7 Any new Expansions/Divisions that WFC may get involved in can only be pre-approved by a Commanding HQ member. It can only be officially approved by the President / Vp.

1.8 Before a Battalion can expand to another company (unless it is a special battalion and approved by a vote by =WFC= HQ) there has to be least 8-10 active members in a company already on Ventrilo. Effective 7/07/08

1.9 Only a WFC HQ, or Division HQ of a Division can hold the tag of WFC for our Clan. Effective 1/18/2010

1.9.1Members cannot just make up a clan tag of WFC on another server. The Expansion form has to be filled out first, and then we go from there.  (Example Web based Games / RPG's) If WFC is in Universe 26 in O-Game, a player just can’t go into another universe and make our tags. Only the Current Division HQ or a WFC HQ member can hold those tags and has to be approved by the President first for any expansion. Effective 1/18/1020

1.10 Only a WFC HQ member can own a server for WFC, unless otherwise agreed on by =WFC=Pres. Dragon [HQ]. If you are approved, the proper people need and will have total access to that server.
